Fill out a short intake form — position, vessel type, start date, preferences. It takes five minutes and tells us everything we need to begin.
We find your crew
MOOR reaches into a network of currated crew — including those not actively looking. We confirm availability, interest, and experience based on your specific needs.
You choose
No stack of CV's. Just the people worth calling, with everything you need to reach them.
One Fee Per Hire. Pay When You Hire.
$9,500 minimum
$1,000 minimum

Only pay if you hire. Due within 14 days of invoice.
Replacement guarantee: 60 days permanent, 30 days seasonal.
