Works on contingency — no fee until you hire. When placement happens, you pay 1–2 months' salary. For a senior crew member earning $8,000/month, that's $8,000–$16,000. Agencies earn more when crew earn more
Private Access
A flat completion fee, only if you hire. No percentage of salary. For a senior placement your total is $2,500, regardless of what that crew member earns.
